Invest.
We deploy long-term capital into solar and battery storage projects across the United States — utility-scale, community solar, and residential portfolios.
A rare breed of energy company.
Uniroo Energy invests in, owns, and operates solar and battery storage assets across the United States. Helping American homeowners power their homes for less so our country can move faster toward energy independence.

Who we are
Uniroo Energy invests in, owns, and operates solar and solar+battery storage assets across the United States. We underwrite projects with patient, long-duration capital and run them ourselves for their full 25-to-30-year useful life.
That ownership model is the point. Because we hold the assets, we can sign long-term offtake agreements that pass real savings to American homeowners — and give partners and investors durable exposure to the build-out of U.S. clean power.
Invest. Own. Operate. Deliver. That's the whole business.
Why we're really doing this
Every solar panel we install, every battery we connect, every kilowatt we put on the grid — it's not just about lower bills today. It's about handing the next generation a country that runs cleaner, a climate that's still livable, and an energy system they can be proud of.
We're not building Uniroo for a quick exit. We're building it for the kids who'll inherit what we leave behind.

What we do
We deploy long-term capital into solar and battery storage projects across the United States — utility-scale, community solar, and residential portfolios.
We hold and manage the assets ourselves. No flipping, no quick exits. We're aligned with the homeowner and the grid for the full asset life.
Our scale and ownership model let us pass real savings to homeowners — typically below their current utility rate, with no upfront cost.

For homeowners
For partners
We work with developers, landowners, utilities, municipalities, and institutional capital partners to build and operate U.S. solar and storage assets. If you have land, projects, or capital to deploy in American clean energy, we should talk.
