UNIROO

Clean energy. Lower bills. No tall tales.
U.S.-built solar and storage assets we invest in.
Useful life we underwrite every asset for.
Upfront cost for the homeowners we serve.
Backup with solar paired to battery storage.
Who we are
An energy company built to own what it sells.
Uniroo Energy invests in, owns, and operates solar and solar paired with battery storage assets across the United States. We underwrite projects with patient, long-duration capital and run them ourselves for their full 25 to 30 year useful life.
That ownership model is the point. Because we hold the assets, we sign long-term offtake agreements that pass real savings to American homeowners, and give partners and investors durable exposure to the build-out of U.S. clean power.

Why we're really doing this
A legacy for our kids.
A better planet for theirs.
We are not building Uniroo for a quick exit.
Every solar panel we install, every battery we connect, every kilowatt we put on the grid. It is not just about lower bills today. It is about handing the next generation a country that runs cleaner, a climate that is still livable, and an energy system they can be proud of.
We are building Uniroo for the kids who will inherit what we leave behind.

For the people who actually pay the bill.
